I cried my eyes put watching this. My heart hurts so bad for all of those who have gone to war. Where we are today is very scary. The govt profits from death! Our govt is funding all sides of all the conflicts going on atm. They just want to go to war to get rich. They do not care about you! Everyone needs to refuse to go to war to kill or die or worse... end up like this poor man in the video... for the gov't to make money, power and control! It's heartbreaking. Do not go along with killing innocent children and adults in the name of democracy. Its all a lie!

I actually first heard Marc Martel sing the song “How Many Kings” I love , love love that song. I was curious and searched videos of him singing and came across the Bohemian Rhapsody and was in awe of how much he sounded like the actual singer. Please don’t be offended, I now know that some of the songs that I would sing along to were from Queen. So now I’m a Freddie Mercury fan as well. He was an amazing performer. Hat off to Marc for such a great job

Wardruna is like an American Indian Powwow meets heavy metal vocals. I've had the privilege of seeing them live twice, so far.

If I remember right, that note was a B7 from another video that showed the actual register and level of the whistle tone.

I hope you see my message I sent on the battery vid, about a song called time Canon by triumph. It's awesome Ken, thank you for everything man.

It wasn't the synth keyboard it was an effect of VHS tape warping. The only thing they should do is dub the video with audio that never had that issue. Apparently, someone transferred this from VHS tape to digital and that point in the song was slightly warped.

to be honest, on all their live when they are doing the Prog death setlist, i prefer The Roundhouse tape. his voice in this one is deeper,h is growl goes really far, i don't know how to explain since i'm not a singer or musician, but here at the end of each verse, it feels like he is stopping his voice like at the beginning when he is singing "Lingering death" (with a big . at the end) in the Roundhouse tape version it's more like "Lingering deeeatttthhhhh !". Still a great show btw. but wanted to point out this.

Good to see you back Ken! For anyone taking the time to read comments - I had Ken as a vocal coach during COVID times over Zoom. I highly recommend his coaching service, he improved me leaps and bounds and has a great way of connecting (and maybe not reacting to horrible sounds you make). He really helped me understand my voice and I made some real break throughs with him. It was worth every cent and I miss having a chat with him also which was like catching up with a friend weekly. If you are considering vocal lessons, this is your guy!

Thoroughly enjoy binge watching all these videos from alot of my favorite metal bands!!! I've been watching for about five or six hours now. This channel rocks, and I'm so glad I found it.

Battery.

The song, the video, and everything about it is a total masterpiece. I can never get through it without crying no matter how many times I watch it. The part that really gets me in the video is that this poor guy can only communicate through morse code by moving his head. Gets me right in the gut. My dad was in WW2 and was in active duty in the Philippines. He and his best friend were running for a trench to jump in, but before they could reach a safe place a grenade came flying their way and killed his best friend. My dad suffered from shrapnel but lived. He had survivors guilt, and always told me that he wished it would have been him. Thank you for deciding to put this on here..

Absolutely LOVED when he joined Black Sabbath!!! Their entire catalogue is fire!!! I am literally in Heaven watching this man perform. Ronnie IMO never lost his vocals as he got older. He was like fine wine...only got better as he aged. His last performance with "Heaven & Hell" formerly known as Black Sabbath was August 29, 2009. Please check out this song from that concert.
